Oak stairway, prepared with sanding (finishing with 220 grit sandpaper by hand), patching of fastener holes with two-part marine epoxy (birch wood under white), steps stained and coated with six coats of polyurethane, trim coated with white semigloss latex paint. Coatings: stain, polyurethane, white latex semigloss paint.
