Painter, Territory Manager

Nonsmoking Painters, LLC is accepting applications for Painter, Territory Manager positions worldwide. These are production and management positions for long-term career-minded professionals.

Required qualifications include:

demonstrable residential and small commercial repaint skills
history of success in residential and/or small commercial repaint business
demonstrable marketing, sales and general business development skills
computer/telephone/internet skills (including word processor and spreadsheet)
integrity
orientation towards quality and total customer satisfaction
motivated by performance-based compensation, unlimited earnings and progressive, rewards-based management system

Painters, Territory Managers are compensated based on a system of generous percentage of labor contract with bi-weekly paychecks and benefits package. During a one-to-four month Painter/Territory Manager Training & Evaluation Period, trainees are compensated on an hourly basis for on-the-job training. We implement the most progressive human resources development and rewards-based management system in the industry. As a Painter, Territory Manager with Nonsmoking Painters, LLC, you will be essentially operating your own business within the larger scope of our company's expansive, highly supportive business. We are dedicated to safety and health-protective work practices. We conduct in-depth background checks and implement frequent, mandatory drug testing.

at least six months experience as Painter, Territory Manager

Nonsmoking Painters, LLC is accepting applications for Business Development Manager, Appointment Setter positions worldwide. These are business development positions for long-term career-minded professionals. Business Development Managers/Appointment Setters simply arrange appointments for professional painters/territory managers to meet with potential customers at customer sites for the purpose of providing detailed estimates/proposals. Business Development Managers, Appointment Setters are compensated generously for the simple task of arranging these meetings and are not required to close any sales.
