Welcome to the web site of Nonsmoking Painters, LLC - a company of professional, nonsmoking painters with emphasis on absolute integrity, exceptional values, quality craftsmanship and total client satisfaction. We offer expert repainting and new construction painting services to home owners, business owners, property managers, general contractors and builders. Within a unique management structure and supportive environment, our painters are highly skilled, well organized, accountable, service oriented, well compensated and motivated to consistently perform with unrivalled excellence.

In contrast with other contractors on the market, our painters do not smoke, drink, take drugs or commit crimes. We are fully dedicated to absolute integrity in our people and the work that we do for our cherished clients. Our system of screening and monitoring is the strictest in the industry.

We implement our own originally-developed system of recording and analyzing data associated with our painting jobs which maximizes the accuracy of our estimates and the success of our projects. This benchmarking system involves the recording of start, stop, subtotal and total times for each task performed throughout each working day which when totalled at the end of the job provides information valuable to our management, craftsmen and clients. For instance, for residential external repaint jobs on a home with measured to-be-painted surface square footage and other parameters we are able to more accurately estimate man-hours, materials, percentage of time spent on each of many tasks (including removal of old paint, stucco repairs, wood repairs, pressure washing, caulking, brush cutting, rolling, spraying, etc.).

The quality of the paint and other materials used on a job is directly proportional to the effectiveness and longevity of the solution. We never mark up paint and materials to our customers. We source from various suppliers and typically recommend the highest quality paints, providing our pass-along prices so that the client can make the best possible choice in his/her investment. We provide copies of all paint and materials receipts direct to our clients so that they know exactly what value they are getting. This is unprecedented transparency in the industry.

And we offer all of our clients another first on the painting market - a program of free bi-annual inspections and maintenance work provided with no charge on materials and standard rates on labor. This extends the life of our clients' investments as small, unfixed problems often rapidly grow into larger problems (such as smaller holes or cracks caused from some flying storm debris which enables water to get beneath coatings and compromise the integrity of the substrate and larger surfaces).

The Nonsmoking Painters™ Story

Nonsmoking Painters, LLC was formed in the summer of 2006 by a multi-faceted entrepreneur who had relocated to the Space Coast area of Florida in 2005. After being repeatedly subjected to second-hand smoke exposure and a host of other absurdities associated with other painting contractors including inept management, drug users, alcoholics, criminals and poor customer attitudes, he obtained his Painting Contractor's License from Brevard County and formed Nonsmoking Painters with goals to grow the business worldwide.

Further details of the Nonsmoking Painters story could fill the pages of a large novel. Almost everybody has some story to tell about their experiences with smoking painters and other contractors. We are not in the business of publishing these stories (although somebody ought to do it) but rather we want to assure you that we are here to serve you on much higher standards.

we test our painters in-house (painting skills, physical capabilities including eye-sight, client service capabilities, etc.) prior to hiring them and train our employees rigorously before deploying them to any job site - we will never send inexperienced, inferior craftsmen to a client site	the client is ensured that only the most skilled, professional painters perform work at the client site
we are not a network of "students" who are just painting during summer break "to earn tuition for college" and "to acquire business management experience that is impressive on their resumes" as part of some large "multi-level marketing" or "franchise" business effort (several of these exist in the USA) - our painters are true professionals building careers as professional painters and we all know that the technical skills of painting and management of a painting venture cannot be mastered during a couple short seminars and through experimenting on clients' homes during summer break	the client is ensured that only the most skilled, professional painters perform work at the client site
we bring a wealth of samples of coatings and colors to fit harmoniously to the client site and leave those samples (often placed directly on surfaces to be painted) at the client site at least 24 hours prior to commencing with a job	the client is confident in the choice of coatings and colors and is not confronted with unpleasant surprises
we are true artisans with a wide range of skills, products, methods and creative talent that far exceed those of the average painter - faux finishes, glazing, marbling, graining, antiquing, wall stippling, texturing, gilding, computer enhanced stenciling, fractalizing - we apply coatings using a variety of brush, roller and spray machines and much much more - and we use our creative talents in full harmony with yours to co-create something totally unique	the client is involved in the creative process and is left in his/her home absolutely reveling in wonderful new works of art which transform moods and raise the quality of living
we do not make false and misleading claims about our products and service ("lifetime coating", "never paint again", etc.); rather, we present facts regarding our coatings in a hype-free, scientific and fact-based manner	the client knows the truth about his/her investment and makes decisions based on real-world facts and science
